The words Jaques Pepin appeared onscreen recently via a public TV channel in metro-Chicago, with a voice-over saying: “Up next...” This intrepid editor gaped at the error. Those of us who know this noted French chef’s work and his shows with Julia Child know how to spell his name, oui? Just checking!
